Brief Job Description
Senior Development Engineer, as team lead, will manage the process of implementing improvements and new functionality in Salesforce.com/Oracle CPQ applications; deliver support and solutions for break/fix issues; communicate and collaborate with other technical resources and stakeholders regarding status, technical issues, and creative solutions; perform ongoing Salesforce/Oracle CPQ administration and development; ability to support Salesforce.com/Oracle CPQ configuration tasks, such as field/page updates, workflows, and automated approvals; handle numerous projects/priorities using proven project management methodologies and sound development practices to ensure the quality of delivery of enterprise solutions; interface with business analysts and technical staff and be responsible for delivering complete work projects; research integration issues and work closely with team members on operations and development staff; and research and develop new Salesforce.com/Oracle CPQ prototypes and applications.
Position requires temporary travel to client sites at employer’s expense.
Skill Required:
Experience must include developing software solutions using PHP, MySQL, Joomla, Windows Troubleshooting Platform, VB6, ColdFusion, VB.NET, Windows Forms, Salesforce.com, BigMachines/Oracle CPQ Cloud, .Net, and JavaScript.
Requirements:
Master's degree or its equivalent in Computer Science or related Information Technology fieldplus 24 months of experience in software development engineering role.
